  • Do I need to pay in advance for my airport ride or any long-distance ride?
    Yes, only because we are based in Dover, Delaware and paying in advance will secure your ride.
  • My flight has changed. Can I reschedule my transfer?
    Depending on the amount of notice, in most cases we should be able to reschedule your transfer. Call us with the details of your new flight and we will try our best to accommodate the change.
  • Can I pay by card for my journey?
    Yes, we understand that these days our customers don’t always carry cash with them. That’s why we accept debit/credit card, mobile payments and bank transfer, as well as cash of course.
  • How can I change my taxi booking?
    If you are needing to change an existing booking, please call us on (302) 399-1876. We will always try our best to accommodate your requirements.
